We're delighted to introduce you to our cocoon in Lyon's hypercentre and hope you like it as much as we do.

Whether you're on holiday, on a weekend break or travelling around Lyon, this quiet duplex apartment in a cul-de-sac overlooking the courtyard is ideal for a couple or a solo traveller.

LIVING ROOM:

A beautiful, light-filled living room with views over the city's rooftops offers a convivial and peaceful space. The lounge area with a comfortable sofa opens onto a functional kitchen with fridge, two-burner hob and microwave offering all the comforts for your stay.
Breakfast essentials include a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. A free coffee capsule and tea bag will be provided on your first day.

THE SLEEPING AREA AND BATHROOM:
The sleeping area on the mezzanine is accessed by a wooden staircase, giving you a small corner upstairs for privacy and sleeping comfort.
There is a chest of drawers for storing your personal belongings.

A bathroom with a bath and all the toiletries you need: towels (1 for the body, 1 for the hands), soap, shampoo, etc., as well as a hairdryer.

To ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide you with :

The accommodation is non-smoking, no smoking, no parties and no excesses are permitted. Consequently, if our staff discover the slightest trace or residue (odour, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to impose a fine of at least €300.
Animals are not permitted.

Arrival is possible from 4pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Departures must be before 11am. This is to ensure that the cleaning teams have ideal conditions for cleaning the flat.

We have entrusted the management of our accommodation to the Cozy Lyon concierge service, which will welcome you and meet your expectations.
